Cecilia began her public accounting career as an intern at a local accounting firm in 1998. Shortly after graduating from Lamar University, she accepted a position with Wathen, DeShong & Juncker, L.L.P. in January 2001. She became licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 2008. Cecilia is a manager who specializes in providing accounting and tax services to individuals and small businesses. She has much experience with QuickBooks and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
In the community, Cecilia currently serves as Treasurer of the Beaumont Children’s Museum. She is also a Director on the board of the Southeast Texas Chapter of TSCPA and is a participant in the 2011 Leadership Beaumont program.
