As a CPA, his tax practice focuses on planning for individuals and small businesses. He says tax considerations often provide a catalyst for him to be an unbiased sounding board for his clients’ decision-making process. Although he understands how to plan for and minimize the tax impact of a transaction or decision, helping clients comprehend the economics, as well as other factors of that decision, is what distinguishes his tax practice from others.

He is also a Certified IT Professional and Certified in QuickBooks Accounting Software. For the last 17 years, he has successfully advised clients on technology issues. He considers himself as the bridge between business information needs of management and technology systems. He has literally travelled half-way around the world to Baku, Azerbaijan to train clients on software. After hundreds of software and hardware implementations, Chip understands what it takes for small businesses to be successful in using technology to make informed management decisions.
